Efficiency Evaluation Of Taiyuan Branch Counter Operations Progress Based On DEA

Taiyuan Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China (hereinafter to Taiyuan ABC) is the second-level branch of the Agricultural Bank of China, established in Taiyuan, is a commercial banks which each village has outlets. Taiyuan Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China includes 24 sub-branches, existing business outlets 85. In the construction process bank trend, Taiyuan ABC first began a process reengineering operations department, forming a counter current business processes.First, this paper describe that the counter business process of agricultural bank of Taiyuan, from the overall to local, from the foreground to the background, as well as the flow chart of each link of the specific work with them. Then studied the counter process reengineering of operating efficiency. based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) theory as the instruction, after Firstly, process reengineering in the process of each time period of the DEA decision-making unit, to verify the rationality of the input and output index system, finally estimates the DEA efficiency of each time period, in order to analysis of various index changes of the impact on the efficiency, find out the most reasonable configuration. For the effective phase, according to the process improvement(BPI) theory, put forward reasonable suggestions. In this paper, by analyzing the domestic and international research experience, as the research find the scientific method. For refinement, and high-effectiveness of Taiyuan branch counter business process development has a certain guiding significance.
