Selection Of Supply Chain Finance Model Of Middle And Small-sized Furniture Enterprises

With the rapid development of furniture industry in our country, our small and medium-sized furniture enterprises are also growing, and they have became an important force to promote the development of Chinese furniture industry. However, on the one hand, small and medium-sized enterprises need large and urgent funds, and the funds have long recovery period; On the other hand, our small and medium-sized furniture enterprises have weak economic bases and small scale of fixed assets. Banks and other financial institutions can not provide adequate financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises because of the risk. This financing difficulty become a bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized furniture enterprises, and the key to solve this problem is to find a financing model which is suitable for small and medium-sized furniture enterprises. Therefore, studying on the model of supply chain financing for small and medium-sized enterprises have a great theoretical and practical significance.This paper is based on the theory of Supply Chain Finance, and aims to promote the rapid and healthy development of small and medium-sized furniture enterprises. Firstly, this paper summarized the research background and research status of supply chain financial model of small and medium-sized furniture enterprises, and researching on the theory model of supply chain finance. Then, this paper research on the trade status and current situation of supply chain finance model of small and medium-sized furniture enterprises include warehouse receipt pledge mode, unified credit mode, confirming storage mode and advance payment mode. Next, this paper analysis the influence factors of these models, use Delphy method to assign value for different models, and establishing mode for to quantitatively analysis each model. Finally, using a small furniture enterprise in Hunan as an example, make an empirical study to select the best suitable supply chain finance model for this small sized furniture enterprise, providing the relevant countermeasures for the small and medium-sized furniture enterprises’ financing problems.This paper based on relative theories of supply chain finance, and select out the best suitable supply chain finance model for small and medium-sized furniture enterprises, and provides basis theory and practice instruction for them.
