With the development of transport and vehicles, fueling dispenser industry is developed a lot, fueling dispenser is the retail terminal equipment, the growth of the gas station is slow, manufacturers are facing with more and more stronger market competition. How to develop the market and create profits in a competitive market, the fueling dispenser manufacturers need to solve the problem.The paper analyzes the status and history of A company, by using strategic management theory such as Dr.Michael Porter’s five forces model theory, SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the environmental opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages, A company has the following advantages: foreign technologies, understanding of customer needs, the advantage of cooperation with the customer, brand, product advantages. Opportunities are: development of domestic road and abroad road, development of private gas stations and policy of vapor-recovery, A company ’s strategy: all-round development, striving to be technology leader of fueling dispenser industry.The paper proposed measures which need to be taken to achieve the development strategy: using technology advantage, shorten R&D time, product differentiation, a rapid market response mechanism, production management strategies, improve service levels and strengthen brand promotion,meanwhile control the process of strategy implementation,the company will achieve its strategic objectives.
