To promote the comparative advantage of the domestic industry to develop the international market, expand the use of international resources, Chinese company, especially for Chinese automobile enterprises, become the inevitable choice to participate in economic globalization. But the risk of overseas investment is much more than domestic investment, overseas investment often face more complex environment, such as the host country’s unique economic environment, the unique legal policy environment, special natural environment, which will exert influence on overseas investment projects in different degrees, so before engaging in overseas investment, concerned company should be combined with the specific item project investigation, analysis, assessment, it is vital to the continued success of overseas investment and the healthy development of a ring. At present, overseas investment has become the main battle field of national economic competitiveness, Chinese overseas investment is increasing. However, due to differences between countries in political, economic, cultural and other aspects, the behavior of company investment is promoting economic development on the one hand; at the same time, also with a variety of risks, companies investing overseas often have to face greater risk than domestic from macro and micro level.The development stage to move towards the internationalization of Chinese automobile enterprises, we must participate in overseas investment process too.
