The financial crisis outbreak in 2008 results in significant adverse effects on the macro-economic environment.China’s increasingly stringent financial regulation, interest rate liberalization, as well as the balance of treasure and other new products make commercial banks intensified.In addition, the introduction of bank insolvency regulations allows banks to survive the environment more difficult. Commercial banks do not want to be eliminated; it is impotant to improve their competitiveness, maximiz the value of the business philosophy.EVA as an advanced method of valuation, it adjusts traditional accounting profit, after deducting all costs, including the cost of equity capital. EVA makes the operational effectiveness of the banks more true reflection of the value created, and EVA agreed to the management objectives, to maximize shareholder value.We analyzed EVA factors affecting the commercial banks of China. At first we introduced EVA valuation theory, combing the research results at home and abroad about the EVA; Secondly Carding the research which focus on performance evaluation of our banks. The data we used is from CSMAR and the annual report of each bank.We calculated 16 listed banks from 2010 to 2013 economic value added; Then,binding studies scholars to economic value added variable rate of return is interpreted to eight main factors of capital adequacy ratio, including the ratio of non-interest income, asset size as the explanatory variables, We use Eviews to carry out regression analysis panel data model analysis; and finally proposed to increase the economic value added business valid recommendations based on empirical results.
