The Study On Green Supplier Selection Method With Correlated Attitudes

In today’s world, environmental problems have been increasingly paid attention by countries and regions. Low-carbon economy and circular economy have become boosters for the sustainable development of Chinese society. As a consequence, the consciousness of Environmental protection among the public are gradually improving, it also become the important ways and vital factors of enterprises to win the competition in markets. However, the traditional supply chain management theory consider that the final goal of management to maximize economic benefits, the idea makes contradictions and conflicts between economic development and the nature more and more fierce. Green supplier management theory as a new management mode to comfort the contradictions and conflicts, has been widely recognition and attention in the academia and enterprise. Green supplier selection and evaluation is the core content of green supplier management, and also an important part of the green supplier management implementation. Building green supplier evaluation index system, and developing a practical green supplier evaluation method, is a key problem of green supplier selection decision.There are three important issues which take important roles in the research of green suppliers selection. (1) The construction of green supplier evaluation index system. A scientific and effective green supplier evaluation index system is an important prerequisite for a successful implementation of green supply chain management. (2) The handling method for decision information of green suppliers selection. Different from traditional supplier evaluation, green supplier evaluation has more qualitative indexes. Thus, the conduction for this fuzzy information is a key issue in this decision. (3) The handling method for correlation among attributes. In the actual green supplier selection problems, the correlation among indexes and experts is an important characteristic of green supplier evaluation decision. The consideration of the influence of correlation can make the evaluation process and results more in line with the actual decision issues.Based on analysis of the above problems, this paper developed a new green supplier selection approach with the consideration of correlation among attributes. First, based on the study and summarize of literature, we build a index system for green supplier evaluation. Second, this paper deals with the decision information by triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to express more fuzzy information. As a consequence, based on Choquet integral, this paper develop some triangular intuitionistic fuzzy correlation operators (TIFCA, TIFCG, I-TIFCA, I-TIFCG) to handle with the correlation among attributes. At last, according to the actual case study, a simulation example is designed. And compare this method with the traditional method which without taking correlation into consideration. Then a sensitivity analysis is conducted.
