The development status of the research on network public opinion in our country made a systematic, comprehensive scanning public opinion ecological environment of electric power industry in our country, public opinion hotspot of the power industry system of induction and consolidation.On the concrete structure, paper first using the theory and method of enterprise risk management and crisis management of enterprises, determine the research methods used in this paper.
