In the boom of market economy, the determinant of modern enterprise competition is talent innovation. It reflects on if the human resources management system is perfect or not. Performance management is a key factor in human resource management, how to establish a fair, efficient, and scientific performance management system in the modern enterprise is particularly important. In view of the organizational goals, carrying out efficient and appropriate performance management, conducting performance plans, performance implementation, performance analysis, performance appraisal and performance evaluation. It is significant for improving employee’s working motivation, maximizing the role of the organization, promoting the overall performance level and enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprise.Performance management is the effective way to improving enterprise efficiency and the core of human resource management. For domestic enterprises, especially private enterprises, how to design and establish a set of performance management system, which is scientific, accord with China’s national conditions, and adapt to the development of the enterprise strategic, is a new and significant task.In this paper, based on the thorough discussion to the performance management theory, The author analyze the current situation of human resources and the existing problems in performance management of Kexing. then, research and analyze the related problems of establishing and perfecting the company’s performance management system Aiming at each link of performance management, the preparation work, performance planning, performance implementation, performance assessment, performance feedback interview and the application of performance results, making a targeted and feasible design. Finally, testing its actual effect through the operation of performance management system.Through practical operation, the performance management system achieve good results. It provides a strong support for the perfection and promotion of internal management, as well as the realization of the strategic objectives. There are important practical significance for the long-term development of Kexing.
