Study On The Space-time Evolution And Correlation Between Economic And Energy In Liaoning Province

This article is about the economic and energy of Liaoning province. Based on the statistical data which is about the economic growth and energy from 2000 to 2012 in Liaoning, use space analysis method, grey correlation model and so on.In economic research: this study is based on the county level and measured by the index if per-capita GDP with the methods of statistic analysis and ArcGIS spatial analysis function. The empirical analysis is about the analyzing the county temporal and spatial difference in economic development of the evolution of the law in Liaoning Province during 2000-2012. The results showed that: In the view of time series, the trend of absolute difference in Liaoning Province is expending year by year, but the relatively differences is a convergence. In the view of spatial analysis, the county’s economic development in Liaoning Province has strong spatial autocorrelation, the trend of the county economy difference is shrinking and the integral pattern shows a certain concentration. In terms of local differences, the highly concentrated area an the cluster core almost distribute in the central,western and southern in Liaoning Province, and the more significance level is the southern region of Liaoning Province. Most of the eastern and the central region are moderately concentrated area or low concentrated area. There is no fixed rule in spatial pattern of the county economy growth in Liaoning Province, and the major feature is random and jumping.In energy research: this paper regards the 14 prefecture-level cities of Liaoning province as the research object, first using the super efficiency DEA to calculate the value of energy efficiency and analysis the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of energy efficiency from 2000 to 2012, Then using the ESDA spatial analysis technology to measure space-time evolution characteristics of energy efficiency from two aspects of global and local, Finally using Markov model to conclude regional transformation of energy efficiency. The results showed that: From the point of temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics, the energy efficiency shows a rising trend year by year, Shenyang, Dalian and Fushun are in the production frontier. From the point of space-time evolution, there is a significant spatial correlation in energy efficiency and a certain concentration in the whole pattern, the difference of energy efficiency shows a trend of shrinking. In the aspect of local pattern, “H-H” type is mainly composed of Shenyang and Dalian, and gradually extending to coastal areas, “L-L” type is mainly concentrated in Huludao, Dandong and Benxi. From the point of transfer matrix, Middle-high area, middle-lower area, higher area and lower area, the stability of the energy efficiency in these areas are from strong to weak.Finally, in order to discuss the relationship between economic growth and energy consumption in Liaoning province, this part using the grey correlation method to calculate the correlating between economic growth and energy consumption. The results showed that: the relationship between economic growth and energy consumption was positively, economic growth has highly dependence to energy consumption. At last, on the basis of the empirical results, this article puts forward some policy suggestions, it has reference significance to the development policy of energy and economic in Liaoning province.
