| With the deepening and developing of economic globalization, the global layout of production and capital makes the international industrial transfer become a trend. Since the 21 st century, in eastern China, it gradually losts the original comparative advantage,and industry diverts outward, but the central and western China, with the support of national policy, undertake the international industrial transfer increasing. In this context,this paper analyzes economic effects of central China undertaking international industry transfer respectively from the upgrading of industrial structure effect, employment effect and technology spillover effect and so on three aspects.From the results of the study, it can draw the following conclusions. First, the central China undertaking the international industrial transfer are mainly distributed in the secondary and the tertiary industry,especially the secondary industry,and promot the improvement of the industrial level of the central China greatly, also promot the development of the tertiary industry to a certain extent, thus it has the significant effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure;Second,the central China undertaking international industrial transfer has created a large number of employment opportunities,and has a significant role in promoting the employment of the secondary and the tertiary industry and in total, but has a significant negative impact on the employment of the primary industry; Third, the central China undertaking the international industrial transfer did not produce technology spillover effect, on the one hand it may be due to that the introduction of object is mainly concentrated in labor-intensive industry whoes technical level is not high, on the other hand it maybe in the process of capital most enterprises rely too much on the multinational company’s technology,and lack the innovation consciousness, finally hinds the technological progress of the central China. |
