The Exploration And Practice Of Vegetable Industrialization Development In ShouYang County

This paper took ShouYang county, Shanxi Province as the study area, took the vegetable industry of ShouYang county as the research object, through consulting data, investigating and researching, summary and analysis, carefully studied the development of ShouYang county vegetables industry grown out from nothing, expanded from small to big, developed from scattered to scale. Vegetable planting varieties enriched, the mode of production gradually diversified, postpartum industry rapid developed, extension industry chain, has also been continuously improve value-added processing, market radiation radius was more and more big, the products were exported to 19 provinces,81 cities across the country (region), and exported to South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Russia, Hong Kong, Macao and other more than 10 countries and regions. "Shoulv" brand was recommended by the ministry of commerce for the vegetables, one of the top ten best-selling brand, while ShouYang county, which had a strong typical instance of vegetable industrialization, became one of the first batch of nationwide pollution-free vegetable production demonstration base counties in arid areas, the national food safety demonstration county, and the only vegetables base in Shanxi Province with special supply for Olympic Games and the EXPO. This paper further defined the ShouYang vegetables industry development course, analyzed the experience for the ShouYang vegetable industry development, summarized the problems existing in the industrialization development of ShouYang vegetables, pointed out the train of thought of ShouYang vegetables industry development, provided bases for the development strategy and planning of vegetable industry in ShouYang, provided references for vegetable industry sustainable development in ShouYang and even the whole country.
