Study On Sustainable Agriculture Development Under The Restriction Of Natural Resources And Environment In Distressed Area

With the concept of sustainable development continue to win the supports among the people, resource and environmental factors on people’s understanding of the agricultural economy further improved optimization, more attentions were given to the regional and sustainable development, rather than simply pursuit the agricultural economic numerical surge. Shanxi Province is in the central and western regions of China’s economic development master plan, due to various reasons of the natural geographical and historical conditions which makes poverty-stricken counties in the province widely distributed.According to the agriculture sustainable development research, we analyze the conditions of resources and environment, constraints to agricultural economic development and economy development in Xingxian County. According to the constraint effect on the sustainable development of agricultural economy, we put forward to agriculture sustainable development ways and countermeasures for sustainable economic development. It gets rid of the resource and environmental constraints which makes the implementation of sustainable agricultural economic development and rational design theory. We analyze resource and environmental constraints from the poor counties, study the basic path of sustainable agricultural development in those poor counties, which has great significance to promote the sustainable development.
