Economic situation and the business transactions are getting so hot that every single company wants to hire talented employees desperately. Enterprises need to know how to inspire employees’ potential and their creative minds and how to make a good compensation plan to attract educated persons.This paper take A accounting firm as a study subject. This company was founded in the year of 1999. It was approved by the Financial Department and officially recorded. A accounting firm is capable of engaging auditing business in large enterprises. 95% of the workers in it are well-educated men. They have these feature of being smart and skillful. However, there is not a wholesome compensation project in the Human Resource of A accounting firm. The author hold an opinion that this firm needs to improve its compensation project immediately after conducting dozens of questionnaires and interviewing several workers in the firm and reading lots of related articles. On the one hand, the author pointed several flaws of the original compensation plan of the firm, which is irrelevant strategy, unfair salary, no pay-for-performance and simple salary plan. On the other hand, A accounting firm must create a whole new project for paying wages cause its business strategy has been altered.The author turns down the former compensation scheme when projecting a brand new plan according to the facts in reality. The author try to rule out a better project that can fit in the firm itself with combining the real situation of the firm and the theory of Total Compensation after doing some steps, which is job analysis, measuring the position, counting points and settling the numbers of the wages.
