Tourism service trade is a challenging and competitive industry in the world. Many countries are very concerned about the development of trade in tourism services; tourism service trade has become an important part of trade in services. International tourism service trade has exceeded the growth rate of Global trade in goods, which made trade in services in the status of international tourism is continually increasing.In Thailand, the trade in service has an important role in the development of tourism industry. The tourism industry accounts for8%of GDP, which increase the country’s GDP; its revenue has become the primary income industry of Thailand. China is the largest country in Asia and the world’s second largest economy. At the same time, all over the world pay more and more attention to China economy, thus there are many investments into China, tourism industry is also growing rapidly. The prospects for bilateral cooperation in the tourism service trade are very wide.The bilateral friendship between Thailand and China has a long history. People of two countries have been friendly to each other for generations. Because of the similar to culture and way of life are similar, including mutual respect and appreciation. Even in tourism service business, two countries also emphasize that other’s country tourism is regarded as very friendly and pleasant trip. Since2008, the number of Chinese tourists in Thailand has increased and China has become the largest proportion of the business tourism market of Thailand. In2014, Thailand welcomed visitors from around the world more than2.4billion people, including2.8million passengers from Chinese,2.6million passengers from Malaysia,1.3million passengers from Russia. In2013Chinese had more than1.29million international passengers, including Thailand; nearly200,000visitors, ranked sixth. Therefore, Thailand and Chinese governments attach importance to the development of trade in tourism services, the implementation of a series of policies to expand the tourism service trade. Thailand has expected the number of Chinese tourists to Thailand in2015will reach3.7million; at the same time, China has expected for Thai tourists to China will be no less than400,000people. In order to promote Thailand and China’s tourism service trade, further more information required; increase the number of visitors to accommodate both infrastructure and basic services, and improve its quality. In this study, the tourism service trade development between China-Thailand as the research object focuses on the analysis of related theories of tourism service trade between China and Thailand, the practice foundation, and China-ASEAN service trade agreement framework. Based on the analysis of China and Thailand tourism service trade development status, problems, in view of the existing problems and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
