This article makes analysis into the present living status and development difficulty of the small and medium-sized enterprises systematically, from the analysis get to know the new opportunitiesã€challenges and dilemmas during the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises of Shenzhen traditional industry. This article takes four examples of apparel industry, horology industry, furniture industry, gold&jewelry industry to make analysis via interview and investigation.This thesis includes6parts of contents. The first chapter states the key difficult problems what the small and medium-sized enterprises of Shenzhen traditional industry were and are facing with. The answer and thought of how to study this case is presented in this chapter as well.The second chapter makes a review of the relevant theory of the small and medium-sized enterprises and preponderant traditional industry.The third chapters analyzes further on the generality of the small and medium-sized enterprises of Shenzhen preponderant traditional industry.The fourth and fifth chapters elucidate the development status, dilemma, countermeasure of the small and medium-sized enterprises from the small and medium-sized enterprises of Shenzhen apparel and furniture industry respectively. The reason of taking these2industries as analysis objects is that these2industries have complete supply chain, own many famous brands, take up the top level in the industries of China.The sixth chapter presents the countermeasure and suggestion on innovation and development of the small and medium-sized enterprises of Shenzhen traditional industry from the five elements of increasing core competitiveness, building financing platform, getting the lands by various ways, improving the talent introduction system, leading the small and medium-sized enterprises to pursue the innovation correctly. |
