A Research Report On Financial Institutions In The Service Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Anguo City

Anguo city in Hebei province,is one of the largest distribution centers for Chinese herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine culture in our country,which has a reputation for "medicine city" and " the first drug market" both at home and abroad.However,local Chinese medicine enterprises are small and medium enterprises.In recent years,although traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)market has a good momentum of development,the local Chinese medicine enterprises are still plagued with a shortage of funds and local financial institutions is still very limited to provide Chinese medicine enterprise services.We have designed two questionnaires.On the one hand,one questionnaire is related to the financial institutions in order to understand their loans situation,the product research and development,difficulties,and so on.One the other hand,the other questionnaire is about the small and medium-sized enterprises to understand the basic situation of TCM,the management present situation,the financing situation and the existing financial service feedback,etc.Then the author specifically selected eleven Chinese medicine of small and medium-sized enterprises(smes)and six financial institutions for field visits and telephone interview.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is introduction,which is mainly on the research of the thesis including the background,research significance and research status at home and abroad;The second chapter is for the research project,that is to introduce the research process;In the third chapter,the result of the questionnaire survey,field visits and telephone interviews will be divided into two classes of detailed statistics.One is a detailed statistics for the current situation of financial institutions to provide services for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of small and medium-sized enterprises,another detailed statistics is about the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprise itself and the feedback situation for the traditional Chinese medicine to financial institutions;In the fourth chapter,according to the research results,a detailed analysis of the problems exist in the process of the financial institutions in the services of Chinese medicine for small and medium-sized enterprises was carried out.The author found that,firstly,thecredit loan business for Chinese traditional medicine enterprise is one of the main areas of business which has been ignored by local financial institutions.In fact,it has a bright future.Secondly,the local loan business development level needs to improve in order to make the market demand be more appropriate;In the Fifth chapter,some suggestions are provided in order to make some improvement,one way is to improve the financial institutions itself and another way is to combine each other together,such as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of new and high technology enterprise investment project for mark,blend in options silver,insurance,enterprise cooperation pattern and realize the risk-sharing.Finally at the end of the paper is a summary to the research results.Through reform and innovation of financial institutions the problems of financing difficulties of traditional Chinese medicine for local small and medium-sized enterprise could be effectively solved.
