Similarly, in military applications, particularly in the field of aerospace, electronic components quality requirements is as the same level of the quality of NASA and ESA Europe requirements. However, in today’s era of rapid development of this technology, how to make new progress of reducing cost become major research direction, which is more focused on more details and logistics.Since the Y company is facing the problem of improving quality level of product demand and product variety, and that small and medium companies for Y many varieties of small batch production mode in terms of its economic strength to introduce advanced production lines with larger the difficulty, therefore, the most important for improving productivity and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises is reducing the production cost.In today’s society, more and more enterprises concern the logistics as "the third profit source". The enterprise logistics and production are linked closely. It is a key link in the process of enterprise logistics. The production line material delivery system as an important component of the production logistics. The optimization of material supply system is the guarantee of make production logistics, and it is also one of the main factors to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise. The production planning departments of Y Company raise some requirements of the production line materials distribution:the necessary parts in the necessary quantity in the necessary time to the production line, and only the required parts, only to the desired number, only just required time to the production line. This paper combines Y Companies packaging workshop existing "picking style" materials distribution way to improve TPS theory as the guiding ideology, to discover and analyze the problem of excess waste material, the waste of inventory, handling waste and adverse actions of modified waste. It put forward through the optimization of three links to reduce waste, realize the Y Company’s rule, timing and quantitative distribution. First, the thesis of the company picking process optimization, and through the acquisition of a package plant material picking area to reduce picking and material distribution total time. Then, optimized distribution route by sensing method for packaging materials plant, and gives materials distribution formula of the total time. Finally, according to the material usage CC4000series material will be classified according to ABC-XYZ analysis matrix, and LTL distribution the way for the use of different types of materials to determine the amount of the distribution cycle and distribution of materials. So as to improve the way of the company’s distribution of materials, it achieved material distribution requirements of Y company production planning department, and also reduce business waste, control production costs, reduce production cycle, improve productivity, and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises purposes. |
