After the corporate culture were put forward for the first time since1980, is developing at an amazing speed and gradually by many enterprises as one of the most important factors to enhance the competitiveness of the. At present, China’s enterprise management is experiencing from material centered management upgrade to the human centered management, change from traditional management to culture management. It can be said, Chinese companies are starting to people-oriented, culture management, the new stage of the new normal. Under this background, this paper takes Kunming Power Supply Bureau as an example, firstly, the theory of corporate culture is briefly stated, a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the construction of enterprise culture of Kunming Power Supply Bureau, then combined with the self understanding, through the questionnaire survey, interviews, statistics to find out and summarize the problems existing in the process of construction, and then based on these problems the reasons are analyzed, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with the actual situation of the enterprise culture construction of KM Power Supply Bureau in order to solve the problem.
