Research On The Suitability Evalution Of Rural Residential Land In Longchuan County

As one of the patterns of land use, rural residential land is a gathering place which agricultural laborers live together and do various exchange activities. According to the analysis of rural residential land, and put forward reasonable proposals for layout.It is conducive to resolving some issues, such as unreasonable and unsafe rural residential land, etc, aims for rural residential land-use planning and layout of Longchuan county to provide reference.Based on the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign research progress, combining with the basic theory of related research, taking Longchuan county of Yunnan Province as the study area, the integrated use of entropy method, multi-factor comprehensive analysis and GIS spatial overlay analysis and other methods, the rural residential land suitability of Longchuan county is evaluated. Based on the evaluation results, taking basic farmland protected areas and national of good-quality forest into consideration, the layout of rural residential land on is classified. Thereafter combining with the status quo of rural residential land and the possible circumstances through the implementation process, put forward suggestions of layout of rural residential land in Longchuan county. Through research and analysis, obtaining the following conclusions:(1) In Longchuan county, Rural Residential Land Scale is4179.26hectares, the proportion that the overall size of the county’s rural residential land accounted for urban and rural construction land is major, and layout of rural residential land scattered, withal, having large differences on spatial distribution; in addition, the size of rural residential land per capita is large, with a certain adjustable space.(2) In the suitability evaluation results of rural residential land of Longchuan county, the scale of suitable area for137595.34hectares in Longchuan county which accounts for73.47%of the total area of the county, mostly distributed in southwestern Longchuan county, especially, the region is located in perimeter of road and river and flatland area. Becides, distributed within the each villages and towns, mainly in surrounding of the flatland area and Jinghan town with Zhangfeng town border.(3) In the layout division results of rural residential land of Longchuan county, the total scales including preferential layout area patulous layout area and moderate layout area of88194.81hectares which accounting for47.09%of the total area of the county, mainly in the periphery of villages’ and towns’ government, the flatland area, roads and rivers, and partly in the border area of Longchuan county.(4) There is only2.49%of rural residential land located prohibitory layout area in Longchuan county, and need to be moved gradually in the futural layout.(5) For the available layout scale of rural residential land in Longchuan county, the area of81653.58hectares which accounting for43.60%of the total area of the county. And when peasants are required relocation or construct new rural settlements, it to be a layout range that can be considered.
