Nowadays, enterprise culture as a kind of consciousness has been an important factor in measuring national comprehensive strength, which is particularly critical to the enterprise’s own development and national macroeconomic improvement. Enterprise culture reflects the value concept of enterprise managers and combines the continuous spirit of the enterprise. The enterprise culture construction is an important factor in promoting enterprise to develop for a long time.Since the reform and opening, especially after the mid-1990 s, the insurance market in China has been constantly increasing, has become an important part of the financial system in China. And nowadays, the insurance tools managed by the insurance industry share the similar characteristics and levels, enterprise culture has become the core strength of the internal competition of the insurance industry.Modern insurance industry are imported in some ways. It started relatively late and didn’t develop for a long time, at the same time, the newly-emerging market is not mature in all aspects but is developing quickly, which results in the not-so-rich enterprise culture accumulation of insurance industry. Insurance enterprise culture development is lagging behind the development scale, there are many problems and weak links. Due to the lack of enterprise culture, the insurance industry in our country, without a good social image is difficult to attract elite talent, lack of strong power industry development.This article, starting from enterprise culture, through reference and innovation of the predecessors’ theories, analyzes the contents that should be included in enterprise culture and its effect on the enterprise development. Then with insurance industry from the spiritual, system, products, and the insurance industry risk management four aspects: the cultural connotation, points out the shortage of enterprise culture construction at present, China’s insurance industry, the weak theory development, content is generally a single, lack cultural inheritance is the main problem facing. Development of insurance industry started late, the staff quality is not high, liquid are the causes of the problem.This article research results has stronger theory and practical significance, through the "diamond" model covers the insurance enterprise spirit culture, system culture, product culture, risk management culture, the construction of the policy, and analyzes the important role in the process of professionals in the cultural construction, enrich the theory of insurance enterprise culture connotation and construction, and emphatically introduces the can effectively improve the insurance enterprise image and its import CIS system, at the same time for insurance rich cultural theory put forward enterprise culture construction, strengthening effectiveness, improve the barriers to entry and a series of ways and means.
