Research On The CSR Of Strategic Emerging Industries Influence On The Growth Of Enterprises

Due to the development of market economic system and upgrading of industrial structure, the strategic emerging industries will be Chinese leading industry in the future. In recently, the Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) issue, such as waste oil re-use and crooked building, frequently arise in traditional industry; the strategic emerging industry can draw lessons from these issues for deal with the conflict of interest in the future. How to strike a balance between CSR and corporate interest will determine the success or failure of social sustainable development. Based on the above statement, this article will research the relationship between CSR of strategic emerging industry and business growth.Based on the pervious research on CSR of strategic emerging industry and business growth. Firstly this essay hypothesize CSR of strategic emerging industry is positive correlated with business growth. Secondly, the researcher will reclassify 30 indicators of Ranking CSR Rating Report under the actual situation, and establish the new ranking system which is used for strategic emerging industry. After that, the researcher will choose 34 companies and get the indicators of sustainable growth rate,profit growth rate, asset ratio, total asset ratio and total asset turnover. Using the SPSS to weight each indicator, which is constitute the evaluation system for strategic emerging industry and get the business growth index. Thirdly, the researcher will use descriptive statistical, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to discuss the relationship between CSR of strategic emerging industry and business growth, and prove there is a significant positive correlation between social responsibility,economic responsibility, legal responsibility, philanthropic responsibility and business growth; there is not a significant positive correlation between ethic responsibility and business growth. At the last, the researcher will state the result and reason of the research, and list the suggestion of the result, which will guide strategic emerging industry to comply with social responsibility and enhance business growth.
