Based On The JINGYOU Thought Of Cement Enterprise Environmental Performance Evaluation

With the development of economy and the progress of society, people pay more and more attention to the sustainable development of environmental protection. Heavily polluting enterprises are facing the pressure of environment from all aspects, study on how to improve the environmental performance and its management is vital. The purpose of this paper is to study how to construct the environmental performance evaluation index system with industrial characteristics and the comprehensive evaluation model in the late application, which has important significance in improving simplicity and accuracy of enterprise’s environmental performance comprehensive evaluation.Environmental performance evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model are important factors that affect the performance evaluation results. Most existing literature construct index system based on the single theory, and the methods adopted in evaluation model mainly include fuzzy synthetic method, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and data envelopment method etc. Most of the later studies are also the constant supplement of these methods and the perfection of these methods in the application of performance evaluation, but there are few studies on how to construct index and measure weights of the index. This paper discusses the environment BSC and PSR conceptual model on the basis of the deficiency of the existing research. Firstly, it constructs the framework of performance evaluation index system on the basis of the advantages of combining the two theories, and the JINGYOU evaluation model is used for comprehensive evaluation. This evaluation model can avoid the impact that subjective factors cause to the index weight assignment and simplify the performance evaluation process of enterprises. Next, four cement manufacturers are selected to conduct empirical analysis to verify scientificalness of the index system and applicability of the evaluation model. Finally, management strategies are put forward from the perspective of government, enterprises and the public. So this thesis does a research on patulous entropy and contains six chapters.In Chapter 1, the background and significance are introduced and Environmental performance evaluation criteria, indicators construction approaches and evaluation model theory are devoted, at last the innovations of this thesis are elaborated.In Chapter 2, the concept of environmental performance is defined, and the principle of environmental Balanced Score Card and PSR conceptual framework model and its application in the field of environmental performance evaluation are introduced, meanwhile the feasibility and benefits of their combination is proposed.In Chapter 3, selected indicators are constructed according to the theoretical framework of ideas put forward in the previous chapter, and cement manufacturing enterprise environment performance evaluation index system is constructed on the basis of this framework, which indicators are interpreted. Finally performance evaluation method IFCA idea is elaborated.In Chapter 4, Main content is the empirical research, which includes the study selection, data acquisition, comprehensive evaluation, and improve environmental management strategies have been proposed based on the evaluation results.In Chapter 5, environmental performance management implementation strategies are proposed from government, business, public three main. And corporate environmental performance management strategies implemented security system is perfected.In Chapter 6, some perspectives are put forward to point at the insufficient in Index system and application models.
