With the rapid development of global economy, the Internet e-commerce era has swept the world, the mode has changed. In recent years, Internet and e-commerce for the whole business is a subversive, along with the electronic commerce pattern in the global coverage, Internet companies have a large number of user information, the use of software technology, mining user preferences for goods, to provide users a variety of products and services, pose a great threat to the traditional offline marketing, conform to the times demand, companies are beginning to explore their own e-commerce marketing model. Under this background, this paper selects A company as the research object, through the analysis of the Internet e-commerce marketing platform, the use of modern technology, the latest research results into marketing, find out the way to deal with the enterprise. This paper in the light of this new research on the marketing strategy of the enterprise under the electronic commerce pattern.In this paper, through the method of case study, taking A company as an example, the related theory of marketing mode of Internet e-commerce were described, combined with A company’s current development situation of e-commerce marketing, find out the enterprise under the background of e-commerce marketing model change, put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions, hoped can have the certain reference significance to the all of the enterprise.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction. This paper mainly expounds the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad and the main research contents, methods and innovations. First, the introduction part, mainly for the various chapters of this paper are introduced, the overall situation and the analysis, make the reader understand the research background, purpose and significance, research content and ideas, innovation and inadequate and so on. Second, this part mainly to make statements and analysis of the theory and the related knowledge of this paper, some of the classification of Internet e-commerce overview. Third, the marketing status quo under electronic commerce background analysis, analyzed the impact of development mainly from the traditional marketing model and e-commerce marketing model difference of e-commerce, enterprise marketing mode. Fourth, the establishment and management of the enterprise marketing mode statements under the background of electronic commerce, several aspects mainly from the marketing mode under electronic commerce background selection, under the background of electronic commerce, electronic commerce enterprise marketing management under the background of new marketing mode analysis. Fifth, research on e-commerce marketing model statement of A company. Mainly carries on the analysis from the aspects such as construction of new marketing mode of A company overview, current situation and problems of the marketing mode of A company, A company.
