Research On Supply Logistics System Of Automobile Part And Efficiency Of Its Standardization

Logistics started late in China. Although the logistics industry has begun to get attention of government and other industry in recent years, but most logistics business are still in the early developing stage, including a variety of problems. In china, there is a big gap in comparation with other countries.To bridge this gap, we have to start from the logistics standardization. Logistics standardization can promote the logistics industry development, and it’s also the foundation of modern logistics development. Standardization is an effective means of reducing logistics costs and improving logistics efficiency, espscially for the complex logistics system, such as the auto parts.Firstly, the paper describes the the present situation of the development of automotive parts logistics, analyses the existing problems of the automotive components supply logistics system, and puts forward to the importance of standardization. Secondly, study the structure of the logistics system. Based on the logistics system architecture, it sums up the standardization system of auto parts supply logistics, researches methods of promoting the popularization and implementation of logistics standardization, and proposes the concept of logistics standardization efficiency.The paper uses the method of Malmquist Index based on DEA, to research the standardization efficiency of automotive parts supply logistics. The first step is to determine the efficiency evaluation model, and to determine the evaluation indicators (input indicators and output indicators) according to the characteristics of the auto parts supply logistics; It selects decision units and evaluation indicators according to the actual situation, verifies the efficiency of the model, and obtains the evalution results.The last part of this paper is to analyse the evaluation results, and research the effection of automotive components supply logistics system standardization. The main purpose is to help companies recognize the important role of standardization in reducing costs and increasing efficiency, causing automotive logistics industry to pay attention to the, so as to promoting the industry to the overall standardization.
