Study On The Foreign Direct Investment Of Non-public Enterprise Since The Reform And Opening Up

Based on the foreign direct investment of non-public enterprises as the research topic, the Marxist Economic Theory as a guidance, the combination of theory and practice as the principle, and the related research from China or overseas as an experience, this article discussed the transnational operation of non-public enterprises in detail. At first, summarize the related theory of Marxism, the thought of international investment of Lenin, and the new development in our country carefully there, this article builds a relatively complete theoretical analysis framework. At second, by summarizing the process of China ODI since the reform and opening up, analyzing the external thrust and internal power of the non-public enterprises ODI, this text concludes the realistic foundation of the transnational business of non-public enterprises. At last, combining with the current situation and problems of non-public enterprises’ direct investment, this text puts forward some feasible suggestions to promote the non-public enterprises’ foreign direct investment.By using the method of documentation, case analysis and empirical analysis, the combination of vertical analysis and horizontal comparison, this article can conclude that: First of all, as a kind of economic activity and phenomenon, the foreign direct investment does not have the character on distinguishing the nature of the social ideology and the social basic system. Capitalism can use the tool, socialism can also. Secondly, all the economic models including whether it promotes the growth of the productive forces in a socialist society, raises the people’s living standards should be actively utilized. Finally, China’s foreign direct investment is still in the stage of exporting of commodity to capital output. The way of China’s foreign direct investment is still long.We must always adhere to Marxism foreign direct theory, develop a theoretical system of foreign direct investment which surround the center of “Go-global”, and promote the practice of China’s foreign. At last, it has far-reaching significance.
