Study On Economic Development Of County Duerbote Mongolia Autonomous County

County economic activities include all aspects of production, circulation, consumption and distribution etc.. The industrial type covers one or two, three industrial departments. It not only relates to the agricultural and rural economy, but also relates to the industry development and industrialization, urbanization and modernization. There is close relationship between it and the social development. It has an important status in the national economy. As the National Minority Autonomous County, Duerbote County, are there any bottleneck, how to accelerate the sustainable development of county economy in the county, is a subject with realistic significance.The author uses the professional knowledge, on the base of learning research results of domestic and foreign researchers, in Duerbote County as the research object, using literature research, summarizing, logic analysis and other methods, system analysis of the current Duerbote Mongolia Autonomous County of county economic development situation. This paper analyzes the advantages of SWOT development, Mongolia Autonomous County of the county economic development opportunities and development of Duerbote weakness, based on the challenge, and put forward the promotion of Duerbote Mongolia Autonomous County of the county economic development countermeasures and suggestions according to these analysis. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting Duerbote Mongolia Autonomous County of county economy sustainable development, but also for the minority area of our country economic development to provide more meaningful reference.The results of the study indicate that, the economy of Mongolia Nationality Autonomous County Duerbote is at a stage of rapid development. In 64 counties of Heilongjiang province (city) in the middle and upper level. At present, the county has not only location, environment and resources, historical and cultural advantages, also has the total economic output is relatively small and the unreasonable industrial structure, the mode of economic development is more extensive and quality and efficiency is not high, the economic and social infrastructure and the low level of urbanization, slow backward agricultural infrastructure and rural economic development disadvantages. It not only has the good development opportunity, also face grim challenge. The county in the strategic choice, one should be clear strategic positioning, that is, the county efforts to create a national dairy industry of national minority autonomous counties and the infant milk powder production base, new-type urbanization demonstration area, Heilongjiang Province, the biggest characteristic of aquatic products breeding and processing base, eco-tourism city and Western Heilongjiang Tourism node city. Secondly, we should make clear strategic goal, namely to industrialization of agriculture as the foundation, adjust the industrial structure, the development of labor-intensive industries, strengthen infrastructure construction, promote the process of city. Thirdly, should be clear about the industrial development strategy, including ecological protection strategy, the development of modern agriculture strategy, strategy of tourism economy, new energy strategy and new urbanization development strategy. Fourth, we should clear development focus, around the axis of development, development pole, the Development Zone Planning and construction. At the same time, we suggest:first, to comprehensively strengthen the self construction of the government, enhance the leadership capacity. Second, strengthen the industry development, improve the economic total amount. Third, the development of infrastructure, enhance the vitality of the county’s economic development. Fourth, give full play a decisive role in the market, improve the competitiveness of goods. Fifth, further strengthen the culture construction and development.
