Study On Railway Logistics Network Nodes To Railway Logistics Park And Operative Mechanism

The railway transportation as a major infrastructure in our nation is the backbone of an integrated transport system. And the system also has characteristics like energy saving,environmental protection, safety, large capacity and so on. However, with China’s rapid economic development and the adjustment of industrial structure, the whole society amount of freight showed a rapid increase trend, but grown slowly. To enhance the quality of railway transport service, June 15, 2013, a comprehensive reform program on railway transport has began the freight reform a concept called " shop front factory after " will be assigned all the railway transport logistics services business to transporting department. Because of the turn of institutional structure "shop front" must obey "after factory" caused by objective case is not conductive to the transformation from internal productive rail to market-oriented rail. Thus, it is necessary to reconstruct the existing rail logistics service system.This paper proposes to build a rail logistics network connected by every single railway logistics park, and to preliminarily probe into its operation mode. This essay mainly discussed the node of the network- Railway Logistics Park:the definition, the forming process and the design of function area. Secondly proposed a railway logistics network structure whose goal is to reduce costs and meet the current development of China’s economy at the same time point out the practical application with the hub—spoke network theory and the evaluation of node’s railway freight capacity model and also analyses the trend of evolution of network structure of railway logistics network. Finally this paper studied the operation mode of the railway Logistics Park railway logistics network, including the design of operation of the main organizational structure, operation process, railway logistics product research.
