With the rapid development of China’s economy and the speeding up of urbanization, is expanding on the scale of rural land expropriation, a large number of peasants become landless farmers by land expropriation. The survival of farmers lost their land, they lost the most fundamental jobs. How to effectively solve the problem of basic life and long-term livelihood of the farmers, is the relationship between social stability, rural development and urbanization process of China’s major issue. Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, employment training of land-lost farmers, so as to improve their own quality of the farmers and the employment competitive power, is one of the important ways to solve their employment problems. At present, employment training of the land-losing farmers faced with such problems as low participation ratio, poor training effect, properly solve these problems is the responsibility of the government, also is the inherent requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way.According to the above situation, this article first analyzes the current farmers employment training of the selected topic background, research significance, research status, and illustrates the land-lost farmers employment training involved related theory, mainly involves:theory of service-oriented government, new public service theory, the theory of government management innovation. Secondly from the land-lost farmers themselves, the government, training institutions, etc, analyzed the problem of land-lost farmers employment training of in our country, and on this basis further probes into the causes of these problems. Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to solve these problems.
