Research And Applications Of Demand Response Based On Public Electricity Service Platform

Demand Response is one of the important technical means to enhance the capabilities of the power supply and demand balance and emergency support. It is the research focus in the electric power industry. But the domestic research on Demand Response has just started, particularly in the aspect of applications such as Demand Response system construction. Public Electricity Service Platform is to collect a large amount of electricity data and business applications, and it is an integrated platform to provide a wide range of energy services, analysis and management for the government, utilities, energy-saving service organizations and users. This paper took the construction of Public Electricity Service Platform as the pointcut and analyzed the feasibility and effectiveness of carrying out Demand Response based on the Public Electricity Service Platform on the basis of research and analysis of the theories and related technologies. This paper put forward the detailed design scheme of Demand Response system based on the Public Electricity Service Platform and complete the design.Through the research, this paper realized the design of Demand Response system based on the Public Electricity Service Platform and provided reference for applications of Demand Response in actual power system. And it provided the basic work and data support in the aspect of the two-way interactive between utilities and users by combining Demand Response management and control means with improving the utilization efficiency of grid assets.
