Research On The Value Control Evaluation System Of Thermal Power Enterprise

Value management is not only an important research field, but also the idea that enterprise advocate in business and financial management. In recent years, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) pay more and more attention to the economic value added, guiding the state-owned enterprises develop by value oriented mode. Electric power industry is the basic industry of national economic development. As the important country’s state-owned assets, thermal power enterprises are the main energy provider of our national economy. With the unceasingly reform of China’s electric power system and the developing of diversified-pattern structure, thermal power enterprises are facing more and more furious environment. Therefore, we must enhance the value management level.Value evaluation is an important part of value management. Establishing the reasonable value control evaluation system is conducive to leading enterprises operating value-based management activities better, which will enhance enterprise value. In this paper, we take thermal power enterprise as the research object, build the enterprise value econometric model and analyze the factors, then format the value control evaluation system. First of all, we start from the basic theory of value management and value evaluation and make a comprehensive definition to the value control evaluation. Secondly,we make deeply clear about value characteristic and development course of performance measurement. Thirdly,we research the systematic analysis of value driving factors,based of which,we design the value control evaluation indicator system.At last, expound the implementation path of system of value evaluation in different stages, including assess the departments.The value control evaluation system of thermal power enterprise constructed is not only beneficial to the assessment and incentive of departments and personnel, but also provide some ideas to promote the internal value management, prevent the loss of value from the root, and create more value for thermal power enterprise.
