Research On Financial Comprehensive Evaluation Of Thermal Power Enterprise A Based On Strategic Perspective

Energy and electricity is an important material basis for the survival and development of human society,and has a particularly important strategic position in the national economy.Due to the stable and reliable operation of thermal power generation,it currently occupies a dominant position in the types of power generation in my country.However,the development of my country’s thermal power enterprises is currently facing great difficulties.With the further deepening of my country’s electricity market reform and the proposal of the "dual carbon" goal,the market environment faced by thermal power enterprises is more complex and severe,and the market share occupied by clean energy is gradually increasing.The proportion of thermal power generation gradually decreased.Moreover,in recent years,my country’s coal price has risen sharply and maintained a high level,and the entire thermal power industry has suffered serious losses.Therefore,it is very important for thermal power enterprises to analyze and evaluate their own financial situation in order to optimize their strategic planning and achieve sustainable development.This paper takes A thermal power company as the research object,and conducts a comprehensive financial evaluation of A thermal power company from a strategic perspective,hoping to help the company achieve healthy and sustainable development under the increasingly fierce market competition.Firstly,on the basis of sorting out relevant basic theories,this paper uses PEST analysis method,Porter’s five forces analysis model,and SWOT analysis method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the macro environment,industry environment and enterprise environment of thermal power company A and understand the overall strategic environment of the enterprise;Secondly,analyze and evaluate the financial data of thermal power company A and consider the characteristics and policy constraints of thermal power companies,construct an index evaluation system from two dimensions of finance and environment,and use the entropy method to calculate the weight of evaluation indicators.The environmental index standard establishes the threshold interval,and then establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model;finally,using the constructed index evaluation system,the thermal power enterprise A is analyzed and evaluated from the perspectives of solvency,operating ability,profitability,growth ability and environmental indicators,and based on the evaluation results,it proposes strategic optimization suggestions for A thermal power enterprise.This paper starts from the perspective of financial data,takes the optimization of enterprise strategy as the foothold,considers the characteristics of A thermal power company,constructs an index evaluation system from two dimensions of finance and environment,and provides intuitive data support for enterprise strategy optimization suggestions,which can ensure that each strategy The evaluation and optimization are supported by a relatively sufficient realistic basis.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will help optimize the development strategy of thermal power enterprise A,improve its operating conditions,and comprehensively enhance its market competitiveness.
