As a new grid connection mode wind-thermal combined generation there are few examples of domestic,. Based on this, for Guodian Kangping power plant thermal power unit and Wind turbine combined generation project, combined with the actual data, comprehensive analysis of the economic evaluation of wind-thermal combined generation project, and proposed the corresponding evaluation and countermeasure. Based on this, in view of the electric power plant in Kangping hot combined power generation projects, combined with the actual operation data, respectively, analyzes the influence of combined power generation system in Kangping power plant thermal power generating units and wind turbineeconomic benefits, and to evaluate the economic benefits of combined power generation system; at the same time, from the energy-saving emission reduction, to local economic effect, environmental impact point of view. Analysis of the combined power generation system of social benefits.The results showed that:Kangping power plant hot combined power generation system while on the coal consumption and the annual utilization hours have a certain effect, but because of the wind power generation has the advantage of the cost, and the combined power generation system greatly reduces wind abandon wind phenomenon, The annual direct economic benefits generated by the wind powerreplacement of 1099-2070 million yuan, when the 200MW wind farm put into operation after the estimated annual hot replacement power produced in the economic benefits of up to 4396-8280 million, so the combined power generation system has better economy, and considerable economic benefits;Kangping Beishan hot combined power generation system has some advantages in energy saving emission reduction, the project annual coal saving of about 2.96×104t, reduce 143t emissions of SO2,9.1×103t emissions of CO2,568t emissions of NOx,337t emissions of dust,1.01×104t emissions of ash, and for the local government to bring a lot of tax revenue in localplayed a leading role in the economic, and has a certain model in the industry, the power plant of Kangping Fenghuo transport project also has very good social benefit.
