Study Of Method Of Technology Innovation Project Management In XJ Electric Power Design Institute

Project management is a scientific management method with the object of project.lt has been widely used in various industries. The purpose of this thesis is to study how the project management theory and method is applied to process of the technological innovation project that XJ electric power design institute take, to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Firstly, based on the theory of modern project management, development trend,the features and developments of enterprise’s technological innovation project management, the project management is the necessity of considerable importance in the enterprise technology innovation activities, describes the relation of technology innovation and project management. Then make a conclusion:the innovation of science and technology project process management is feasible in theory by using the methods of project management, and in practice also has more application.Then this thesis take the XJ electric power design inetitute as the object, analyzes the current situation of management mode of the enterprise’s technological innovation projects and explain the problems. To the existing problems, take the GC technology innovation project as an example, using the theories and methods of modern project management, analysis and research of process management factors on the project from the aspects of scope management, schedule management, quality management, cost management, etc.. Take the research results as the foundation, put forward by strengthening project management authority, the application of WBS and PDCA project management, Pay attention to personnel of the enterprise project management knowledge training and learning, establish effective performance incentive system, to ensure the realization of technical innovation project’s quality, schedule, cost target. After taking these measures, can effectively improve the technological innovation project’s performance of the XJ electric power design institute, and can be used to guide the innovation of science and technology of project management in the inatitute in the future, to enhance the market competitiveness of the institute.
