Study On The Optimization Of Fishery Industrial Structure In Liaoning Province

Fisheries is one of the important economic industry in Liaoning Province, the province of economic development, people’s living standards especially strategic income of farmers and national food security has a positive and important role. Thirty years of reform and opening up, Liaoning’s fisheries has attained outstanding achievements, especially the 6 coastal city(Dalian, Yingkou, Dandong, Panjin, Huludao, Jinzhou). But behind the development of Liaoning province fishery industry economy is still rely on to bring the production scale expansion, the scale advantages in exchange for a large number of resources and energy consumption growth and fishing based extensive business growth model. The sustainable development of the fishery faced multiple problems, new economic normality, fishery resources overfishing, water pollution is becoming increasingly serious, the fishery enterprise environment resource requirements for reinforced.Under these situations, the study on the adjustment and optimization of fishery industrial structure has important practical significance.The author uses the principal component analysis, gompertz curve and SWOT analysis to analyze patterns of fisheries economics and the growth factors The real need of fishery economic development is to speed up the pace of fishery structural adjustment, to stimulate fishery economic growth in Liaoning, the main results are as follows:1,In this paper, the Gompertz curve is used to analyze the structure of fishery industry, which expanding the application field of Gompertz curve. Application of Gompertz curve model predict that the gross output value of fishery economic annual growth rate is 9.5% in 2015, and there is a certain gap with the average annual growth rate of 10.2% from the Ministry of Agriculture issued "12th five-year plan" of national fishery development.on the basis of the characteristics of regional resources, this paper put forward the necessary of triode development system development of Liaoning province’s fishery economy.2,Study on Liaoning province’s fishery economic data from 2000 to 2012, in a time dimension,we can find current structure of fishery industry in Liaoning is stable in the pillar of economy, leading industry development is under potential and potential leading industry may transfer into leading industry.3, In the spatial dimension,the main use of SWOT analysis to the 14 cities of Liaoning province,especially 6 coastal cities about fishery economic resources,present situation and fishery industrial structure.Find the three pole development system for the fishery economy:Fishery development in Dalian as the first growth pole, give full play to the growth pole effect; to Dandong, Panjin and Yingkou in the center of the radiation surrounding areas of second growth pole, resources effective integration of Anshan, Liaoyang, Benxi, and other areas, promote further development of Fisheries in the province; the third growth polar is in Huludao, Jinzhou as the center, improve the marine industry’s added value and resource reasonable utilization, forming industry chain for the development of inland.
