Study On Tourism Development Of Fuxin With Industrial Heritage Tourism As A Forerunner

In recent years, with the development of national economy, tourism out of service industry became a pillar industry of our national economy.Tourism in the traditional sense is usually divided into sightseeing tourism, holiday tourism, special tourism, and ecological tourism.However, as people consumption level rises, they pay more attention to new and novel tourism products. More and more good tourism products have been developed, such as rural tourism, industrial tourism. Under this background, the paper study Fuxin industrial heritage tourism with an example of haizhou open-pit coal mine. Industrial tourism is a new tourism format, which takes more attention due to its speciality. Industrial tourism is divided into living ones and heritage ones, and the industrial tourism in Fuxin mainly refers to the industrial heritage tourism.Fuxin city is a typical industrial city. Haizhou open-pit coal mine was once the largest one of Asia. Coal is non-renewable energy, so the building of Fuxin and the problem of this city is due to one thing--coal. This aroused great concern of the CPC Central Committee and State Council, and they put Fuxin as the first city of economic transition. After in-depth study and using for reference of successful experiences of other countries, the government decided to carry out protective development on this industrial heritage into tourism project. On the one hand, this development has increased types of Fuxin, and enriched tourism resources of this city;On the other hand, this measures protect the heritage and save cost,which maybe a successful case in China.This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part, introduction. It says the research background and significance, discusses summary of domestic and foreign scholars of the relevant literature, and finally summarizes the research methods and ideas of this article.The second part, the related concepts and related theoretical basis research. This paper mainly discusses the concept and value of industrial heritage, the concept and principles of development of industrial heritage tourism. Although some concepts at present are not unified, academic discussion is good for the development and the precision of the concept. The third part, Tourism resources and evaluation of Fuxin city.This part mainly introduces the situation of Fuxin, the tourism resources and classification in Fuxin and the evaluation of Fuxin tourism resources.The fourth part, this part mainly uses SWOT and AHP analysis method to evaluate the tourism projects in Fuxin systematically. Conclude that the tourism development of Fuxin city is growth oriented. The fifth part, the paper discuss the tourism development of Fuxin with industrial heritage tourism as forerunner from three parts: the present development status of Fuxin industrial heritage tourism; research on the successful cases of foreign countries; Further development of Fuxin industrial heritage tourism. The sixth part, this part put forward the development framework of Fuxin tourism. Hoping to provide some reference value to the development of Fuxin tourism. The seventh part, the conclusion and prospect. This part conclude the whole paper, pointing out shortcomings and innovation, and evaluate the article objectively.Fuxin must make full use of industrial heritage tourism development opportunity. Taking industrial heritage tourism as a forerunner to promote Fuxin tourism development to make a new growth pole of resource exhausted city.
