Research For Financial Risk Control Of Overseas Merger And Acquisition By Our National Aeronautical Enterprise

This paper summarizes the research status for overseas mergers and acquisitions both domestic and international, defines the characteristics, the classification and cause and control method for financial risk on overseas transnational merger and acquisition. Analyzes the financial risks in planning stage, implementation stage, the post-merger stage and other special risks, gives the ways for prevention of risk for overseas mergers and acquisitions.This paper researches the financial risks about XX Corporation merging YY corporation case. After finishing the risk identification and risk analysis, established the financial risk factors evaluation structure tree, at last conduct the evaluation for the financial risk with Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the financial risk control methods are given.This paper do the research along the main line, that is the financial risk identification, financial risk analysis, financial risk evaluation and financial risk control, put forward the ways for prevention of risk for different stages. The research results shall have the reference value for Chinese aeronautical enterprise overseas mergers and acquisitions.
