Design is human society’s most popular form of creative activity, design management is a branch of management. Their purpose is to meet the happy life of human beings. Design management concept first put forward by the Royal Academy, although it originated in western countries, but this does not mean that the design management idea does not match with Chinese culture. Design management idea, in fact, to a great extent, closely related to Chinese traditional culture, especially the idea of "Three I" of "The book of changes". Emphasis on the design of the communication in design management, project management, strategy and innovation and cross, and the "three easy" in the I-Ching and profound ideological system make the interpretation more breakthrough significance. Although this is two different times thought, but the ideological is surprisingly similar. "Three I" management will become the mainstream of the 21 st century, it is the truth, according to the book suggests to implement management.Article takes a simple and easy, not easy, variation(hereinafter referred to as the "Three I") principle as revelation, analyzes the ideas of the "Book of changes" parsing, the main thought of "Three I" concept, and the relationship between. Discusses the origin and development of design management and in the west, China’s development present situation, and further expounds the principle of "Three I" in Yi-jing and the relationship between the design management and its application in design management, put forward "The book of changes" in the "Three I" management principle and design idea of "integrity", "guidance", "time", "dynamic". Finally analyzes the principle of "Three I" in the "Book of changes" in the application of design management, thus illustrating the idea of "Three I" in I-Ching of the core concepts in the design and design management, management personnel, design strategy, the connection between the product innovation. As a Chinese continued inheritance of reason, it is applied to the actual design of management measures, in order to enhance strength, improve efficiency. The only way, to keep up with the demand of human nature to reach accord with Chinese management, provide a broader space for Chinese design management.
