Enterprise group is an advanced form of modern enterprises, it uses capital as the main connection link between mother and child company as the main body, with the articles of association of the group for a common code of conduct of the parent company, subsidiary, taking a stake in the company and other members of enterprises or institutions of a certain scale of the enterprise as a legal person consortium. Enterprise group has a complex ownership and hierarchical structure with diversified and integrated business scope in order to deal with the increasingly fierce competition and improve the ability to withstand greater risks. However, due to the exacerbation of merge and acquisition among enterprises, the scale and the business scope of the enterprise group has been expanded, meanwhile the challenges and risks faced by the enterprise group has also been increased which brings more management issues. As an important part of internal control, internal audit can strengthen the control of the enterpr i se group and reduce the risk and administrative costs effectively, therefore it i s essential to study the internal audit system of the enterprise group i n depth to propose the prioritization scheme and the security mechanism in order to ensure the realization of the function of internal control.In this paper, the author uses case study method to study this issue. First, clarify the research status of internal audit work. Second, analyze the characteristics of internal audit of the enterprise group in depth and find out that internal audit in enterprise group is more strategic and hierarchy with duality supervision, extensive contents and complex standard. Finally, study the internal audit system of Henan Anyang I ron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. in which the functional orientation, structure of the organization, institutional system risk-based internal audit and security mechanism has many shortage. Based on the analysis of theseissues, the author tries to find out the solution of these problems and try to build secur ity mechanism for the better operation of internal aud it.As a domestic large enterprise groups, the internal auditing problems in Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is a representative sample, this paper hopes to use Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co. internal audit as alead to improve the internal audit system in Enterprise Group.
