Study On Financial Services Issues Of Farmers’ Cooperatives In ShouYang

Farmers’ Cooperatives,as an important form and content, has been accelerating rural economic reform and promoting the development of modern agriculture. And the Farmers’ Cooperatives has been developing rapidly since the formal implementation of Farmers’ Cooperatives in 2006,31th October and it has formed a certain scale. But all in all, the level of the development of the Farmers’ Cooperatives is not high and there are many problems, such as the shortage of fund,being the first and foremost problem, seriously restricting Farmers’ Cooperatives to play its unique functions. Document No.1 in 2015,which centered on the construction of new agricultural management system, as a professional guide, regulateing the development of Farmers’ Cooperatives. Farmers’ Cooperatives is a carrier to the development of rural financial work. The research of rural financial services is the focus of attention in recent years, scholars have continued to build between the Farmers’Cooperatives and rural financial institutions, good interaction and cooperation mechanisms continue to strengthen efforts to support rural financial cooperatives, helping cooperatives to achieve constant value. So the Farmers’ Cooperatives builds an effective financial services for the carrier mode,and it has become an important means in improving farmers’ income. In this paper, based on the development of financial services of Farmers’ Cooperatives, regarding "financial services" as an entry point to the study area of shouyang, I explore the development of the law of Farmers’ Cooperatives of financial services as the goal. On the basis of Farmers’ Cooperatives and rural financial services to define the meaning, the Farmers’ Cooperatives of shouyang conducted field research and interviews to current development of its investigation, on the basis of the analysis of the financial supply and demand situation of Farmers’Cooperatives in shouyang, and analyz the constraints and causes of the development of financial services In the end, I put forward some strategies and suggestions to facilitate the development of Farmers’ Cooperatives, in terms of the financial institutions and regulations.
