Research On Impact Of Enterprise Credit On Manufacturing Enterprise’ Growth Performance

Manufacturing industry is very important to sustainable economic development of our country, after 30 years of development, China’s manufacturing output has ranked first in the world and accounted for about 20% of global manufacturing output.Enterprise credit also appeared some problems with the development of manufacturing.Default, breach of contract, fraud and the product quality restrict the growth of enterprises. The existing relevant research mainly focus on the enterprise credit evaluation and enterprise credit, enterprise credit system construction of corporate governance, corporate culture, and debt financing, etc. Business growth performance of research is relatively little from the view point of enterprise credit.First of all, the method of literature was used to review enterprise credit and enterprise growth literature and the related theories.And it expounded the concepts,characteristics and function of credit and analyzes the relationship between the enterprise credit and business growth performance from the theoretical angle.Second,according to the purpose of this study, it defined the basic concepts, constructs variables,and the research hypothesis. According to the related theory, we surveyed the credit and growth performance of some the manufacturing enterprises in our country, and collected 305 valid samples data.Again, using the empirical research method, the paper analyzed the reliability test and exploratory factor to the collected data, and built the research model on the effects of enterprise credit growth to the enterprise performance.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis, this research assumptions were verified.This study found that the credit willingness on the growth of enterprises operating performance and innovation performance are negatively correlated. The enterprise credit ability is more relevant for growth performance, and the enterprise credit ability is the core of enterprise credit.Corporate responsibility is positively related to enterprise growth.Enterprise credit overall performance has positive influence on firm growth performance overall performance Finally, This study proposes some suggestions to improve the level of manufacturing enterprise credit from perfecting the credit system, improving the ability of manufacturing enterprise credit,fulfilling the responsibility of the manufacturing enterprise and strengthening credit environment construction. Ultimately suggestions will promote the sustainable development of enterprise.
