An Empirical Research Into The Effect Of Commercial Credit On Enterprise Performance

Years of reform and opening up,small and medium enterprises in Shaanxi Province,won the rapid development,especially are the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,its position in the economic development of the whole province is increasingly.Compared with the rapid development of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei region,Zhejiang and Shanghai area of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,the development of Shaanxi Province,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is not optimistic,there are still some questions like market competition,narrow financing channels,limited channel information exchange platform,low enterprise management level and family enterprise management.For a non-listed small and medium enterprises,the most important way of financing is a commercial credit.On the current point of view,how the commercial credit impact the manufacturing enterprises operating performance?Especially for small and medium-sized private enterprises,what is the relationship between commercial credit and corporate performance in the end?These problems did not has a very clear conclusion.Therefore,this also allows us to through enough preliminary research,and empirical analysis the relationship of enterprise commercial credit and corporate performance in-depth,to obtain the corresponding scientific conclusion.Based on this,this paper take the Shaanxi unlisted small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises as samples,focusing on the effect of trade credit on enterprise performance,through empirical research to detailed discuss the related questions in-depth.Based on reviewing the existing domestic and foreign scholars on commercial credit and corporate performance research results,combined with the actual situation of commercial enterprises credit performance of Shaanxi small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in recent years.Relate the commercial credit and business performance by financing structure,and further to determine the influencing factors of the commercial credit account index and enterprise performance,and to lay a solid foundation for the empirical study.By using the SPSS 22.0 econometric software,the influence degree of the commercial credit on enterprise performance are analyzed,and finally from different perspectives and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,in order to supplement the existing related research results on commercial credit,enterprise performance and the relationship between them.
