As China’s domestic economy and wine enterprise situation is complex, and the Government has introduced a serious of policy, which has given a big blow to China liquor enterprise in the golden age before, and also made many liquor enterprise begin scrambling to terrible morass.It is competitive intelligence as an important means and methods of economic management that has been continuously applied in all stripes, which has brought great benefit for the enterprise. However, the competitive intelligence has been ignored in research and application of wine enterprise. This paper attempts to apply the theory of competitive intelligence into China’s liquor enterprise.Based on the basic theory and method of competitive intelligence---the competitive environment, the competitive intelligence of competitors and the competitive intelligence tactics in three areas, the paper mainly focuses on the basic content and related methods of competitive intelligence work. On the basis of theoretical research, the paper takes Maotai as an example to show the application of competitive intelligence in the liquor enterprise of China.In this paper, the following steps for Competitive Intelligence elaborated China’s liquor enterprise:First, the paper will introduce the current development situation of China’s liquor industry from selecting background and significance of the subject, which will present the significance of this issue.Secondly, the paper will elaborate competitive intelligence needs of China’s liquor enterprise starting from its necessity and demand characteristics competitive intelligence needs from necessity and demand characteristics. Thirdly, it will discuss the content of the liquor enterprise. Finally, the Maotai liquor as a case will be conducted competitive intelligence research specific analysis.This paper from the system and practical perspective, will research on competitive intelligence of liquor enterprise in China, and hopes that it can effectively analyze the current status of the wine industry. At the same time, the paper can play a guidance and reference to domestic liquor enterprise during the work of the competitive intelligence.
