Each corporate exists in some environment and changes with the change of it. After china entered in WTO,the native economics developed and the tourists progressed the hotel environments in china changed, that resulted in the change of plenty of company's competitive tactics and strategy. Here how to formulate competitive tactics and strategy of Yinhe-hotel in yulin city is researched.First of all, the theory of competitive, industrious model and behavior economics were stated. On the base of it, the macro (including Politics, Law, Technique, Science and Economics) and the industrious environments of china mobile were researched and industrious characteristics were analysis as well summarized, namely the competition of technique became gradually faint and the competition of target client became more prevalent .The choice and the use of competitive strength of Yinhe-hotel in yulin city is how to sub-divide and orient its target client.Next target client of Yinhe-hotel in yulin city to determine its competitive tactics were researched and analysis. At last, how to design and take the tactics and how to manage target client were stated. Meanwhile some advice was given.
