The Study Of Assessment Of Airport Investment Risk And Countermeasure

With the deepening of China’s opening up and the development of world economic integration process accelerate, the economic development of China’s civil aviation has put forward higher requirements.Airport is as infrastructure of civil aviation, and also the basic conditions for civil aviation industry’s survival and development, for their development directly affects the quantity and quality of the airline supply, thereby affecting the stability of the national economy and the opening up of in-depth.This requires investment in building a more scientific and reasonable airport for the efficient use of civil aviation resources, while providing a solid foundation for the rapid development of civil aviation.In this paper, including risk assessment and coping strategies of airport investment, focusing on selected identification of investment risk and risk assessment methods, research investment and risk functions located in the airport building, to propose a solution for the associated risks, do the risk of process control. On the basis of these studies, this paper focuses on the identification, assessment and avoidance method investment risk.From airport risk identification, the paper uses WBS-RBS method is more comprehensive identify the risk of investment in airport construction process, and sets the project risk factor table, thereby establishing investment risk evaluation system.From airport risk assessment, on the basis of risk identification system based on the principle of quantitative and qualitative, using the Delphi method to collect data to assess the airport using FAHP method investment risk, and more objectively reflect the real airport investment risk index. Beijing’s new airport thesis, for example, using the above method were evaluated its risks, as a reference.Finally, from the airport multi-pronged investment risk, proposing the airport investment strategy of risk aversion, the airport investment risk process control strategies and scientific management strategy airport investments.
