The Anlysis On The Effect Of Shanghai Free Trade Zone To Financial Service Outsourcing

In recent years, the boom of economic globalization develop rapidly. The development of global service outsoursing is flourishing. Among them, as a form of high value-added high-end service outsourcing, the financial service outsourcing is developing in full swing. Financial service outsourcing industry is a emerging industry appearing in the1990’s in China. Although the financial service outsourcing industry is still in the primary stage of development at present, it brings the great business opportunities for Chinese enterprises. Moreover, under the new normal, it plays a crucial role in the development of China’s macro economy and the transformation of ecomomic structure.Shanghai Free Trade Zone officially opened on September29.2013. The successful establishment and development of Shanghai Free Trade Zone has a far-reaching influence on the economic development in China. In addition to the traditional goods international service trade, shipping, logistics and production, Shanghai Free Trade Zone fully opened financial services and paid attention to the international isation of the renminbi capital project, which is the most important test items in Free Trade Zone. It is providing a great development platform for the financial service outsourcing industry in our country. In this paper, I analysed the open policy and the construction situation in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, and combined with the current domestic and foreign financial service outsourcing industry development situation by using economics literature combined with the actual case, qualitative and quantitative empirical methods. What’s more, I found out the factorss that of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone influence the financial service outsourcing by using empirical analysis, and discussed the Shanghai Free Trade Zone construction influence on China’s financial service outsourcing industry, analyzing its existing opportunities and challenges. In allusion to how to seize the opportunities, I gave to the challenge countermeasure and the suggestion.
