Risk Of Commercial Bank And Development Of Controlling Management In Lao P.D.R

Lao National are in a period of economic system, the traditional planned economic system has been broken, and the new market economic system has not been fully established. With the deepening of economic restructuring and industrial and commercial bank, agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank and the agricultural Bank of Lao PDR are actively transforming into commercial banks, commercial banks in Laos, dominates the nation’s financial system. Operating in the market of commercial bank, whether it is a business environment or a bank operating mechanisms are quite different from the economic planning era. New business environment, the pursuit of maximum profit of the operational objectives of an unavoidable grim are brought to commercial banks-the Bank’s risk management. Risk management of commercial bank is a commercial bank operation and management of the core, the survival of quality is directly related to the risk management of commercial banks. This paper studies and concluded its business risk management theory and practice, exploring the ideas of Lao national commercial bank’s risk management, thereby enhancing the Lao national reforms in the financial sector and healthy development.The title of the thesis is "research" the development of risk management system of commercial bank in Laos, this paper discusses how to manage the risk in the development of the state-owned commercial banks in Laos from the macro level, the actual situation of state-owned banks in laos. This paper consists of6parts:the first part, is about the significance of the topic, to expand domestic and international scholars research trends, and puts forward the research ideas, research content, method; second part, combing the domestic and foreign scholars on the theory system of risk management of commercial banks, from the successful experience of developed countries in this regard to clarify the relevant concepts; risk management; the third part, the origin and evolution of the development of risk management system of existing literatures of Laos commercial banks, commercial bank risk system to further understand the Laos pipe structure, mechanism, the achievements of commercial banks exist at the same time, the Lao national risk management problems and system the origin of one eye deeply researches the risk management system of commercial banks in Laos issue; the fourth part, according to the thought of risk management system of commercial banks and construction of Laos, the implementation of the relevant security conditions and policy on construction; the fifth part is the risk management system is analyzed and summarized separately; the sixth part, a brief summary of the whole thesis.
