Research On Financial Support For Agricultural Science And Technology

In recent years, in a series of agricultural policy under the guidance of the development of China’s rural utilities, new progress has been made, welcomed the encouraging progress, agricultural output increased substantially, further optimize the structure of agriculture, peasants’living standard improved rapidly, gradually reducing agricultural tax, agricultural infrastructure has been improved, the rural self management organizations began to build, the rural social stability and harmony. Agriculture and rural as part of the foundation of our society,its rapid development,for the stable growth, the steady development of social economy and plays an irreplaceable role. But we can not be a good form to go in front of the eyes, we must find at present China’s agricultural and rural development still exist many problems, the lack of public facilities, the competitiveness of agricultural products is not strong, not much use in agriculture science and technology etc.. The influence of agricultural science and technology in China is the biggest problem in agricultural science and technology funds shortage. From the analysis of scientific research investment point of view, investment in agriculture technology level in China not only is still at a low level, and much lower than that in the western countries. In order to make the theory of agricultural science and technology, to provide a strong support for the agricultural modernization, we must increase input in agricultural science and technology. This paper is approach from the perspective of agricultural science and technology financial perspective, discussed the role of Finance in supporting agriculture science and technology.
