Research Of Rural E-commerce Model In Hunan Province

Agricultural informatization is the important support of developing modern agriculture and promoting the transformation of agricultural development methods. It is the important means to promote peasant income increase and propelling agricultural industrialization management, and it is also the only way to break polarization between urban and rural areas, and to balance development in urban and rural. Rural E-commerce is the vital content in realization of agricultural informatization. As the national rural agricultural information demonstration province, Hunan province has an urgent need in developing rural E-commerce to promote the construction of agricultural informatization.Rural E-commerce development in Hunan province is still in the primary stage. The mode and the application are not mature enough by now. An kind of Online-Offline model which based on cloud computing have been put forward in this paper through literature researching, questionnaire survey, and the theory and practice combination ways. It analysis the development situations of rural E-commerce of Hunan, and absorbs the advantage of the existing E-commerce model. At the same time, the paper gives the right logistics, cash flow, information flow solution, and builds the right system architecture. The purposes for this paper is to attract more parties to construction E-commerce together, achieve resource sharing, information sharing, reduce the cost of investment by mode and service innovation. Meanwhile, relying on the virtual container, it can help the farmers to solve the payment problem to enjoy the convenient e-commerce brings.
