Research On Airlines Operating Quality Evaluation

In recent years, the domestic civil aviation has achieved rapid development based on the background of the development of civil aviation, and the number of airlines and fleet size are growing. However,a lot of problems came out at the same time. For example, the complaint about airlines service quality was increasing, and the safety and profitability of airlines were declining. All of them would make the airlines operating quality became low. Based on the condition, this paper chose "Research on Airlines Operating Quality Evaluation" as its subject. To solve this question, this paper studied the following contents.Firstly, the concept was summarized based the research on domestic and international airlines operating quality. According to the concept of airlines operating quality, this paper set up four main indexes:security level, operating management, operating performance and service quality. And selected15secondary evaluation indexes from "The airlines statistical yearbook"、"Statistical Data on Civil Aviation of China" and "Statistical bulletin of civil aviation industry development". Thus, the evaluation model of airlines operating quality was built.Secondly, used analytic hierarchy process to score the index of operating quality, and the weight of target and rule layer were concluded. This paper collected15secondary evaluation indexes’data of2008to2012, and these data were standardized. Then, the entropy weight was calculated. At the same time, used principal component analysis to deal these data, and the eigenvalue of matrix was calculated. Then, the contribute rate of eigenvalue was used to take as the weight of indexes.Then, in order to remedied the limitation of single method, this paper applied the shapley value of cooperative game to calculate the indexes’weight. According to the contribution of the participants, the weight was divided into the method of entropy、AHP and PCA.Finally, used the grey method to evaluate the airlines operating quality and obtained the evaluation value. At the same time, the value of target layer was also calculated. It has a certain guiding significance for airline managers to promote the airline operating quality.
