Our country is one of the main tilapia trading country in. the world, in recent years, although China’s tilapia exports maintained a good momentum of growth, but it also faced with severe challenges. Along with Chinese tilapia export keeps increase, the European Union, Japan, the United States and South Korea become Chinese tilapia’s export main area, but these regions have taken many kinds of technical barriers to limit Chinese tilapia import. Chinese tilapia export fluently being rejected by these country, which gives tilapia farmers, factories and the local economy many negative effects. The Technical Barriers to Trade from these areas have become the biggest obstacles to the tilapia exports of our country. Therefore, by analysis the rejected reason and the influence of the Chinese tilapia exports, and with the combine of the actual, we can put forward the scientific and reasonable measures to improve this situation, which has vital significance to our exports of tilapia.This paper states the present situation of the aquatic products exports and tilapia exports in China, and through analysis the policies of technical barriers from different countries, combined with the fact that Chinese tilapia export fluently being rejected by these country, one of the main purpose is to find the main form, characteristics and reasons of tilapia exports encountered by the Technical Barriers to Trade in our country. At the same time, combining with the enterprise case, on the basis of investigation and study, conclude the active measures to cope with the Technical Barriers to Trade.
